Best Viewing Tech respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same of anyone who uses this site. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
How to report infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, email [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice” and include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The URL of each page on this site that contains the material, and a description of where it appears on the page.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the material where appropriate.
Counter-notice
If material you provided was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to [email protected] that includes:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address, or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Best Viewing Tech may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Please be accurate
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, consider consulting a lawyer before sending a notice.
Repeat infringement
We may remove content from, or block, users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.
